At Velnee we value our customers above all else. That’s why we try to make every part of your shopping experience as easy and as pleasant as possible, and should that not be the case then return any purchase you’ve made within Velnee for a refund within 30 days.
Order Cancellations
At any time within 24 hours from placing the order, you or Velnee staff member can cancel the order by simple email to info@velnee.com advising order number to be cancelled. After 24 hours, all orders are placed in processing for dispatch. Once an order has been dispatched, it is too late for cancellation. However, if you change your mind after receiving your order, you can return the items to us for refund as outlined above.
If you receive an order that has already shipped and you would like to return it, you can do so after you receive the order and try on the items.

Note: change of mind returns will be subject to return shipping costs and original shipping cost is non-refundable.
How to Return
To Return: Contact Us — To return any item for any reason, please contact us at info@velnee.com. Simply state your order number and reason for return and we will process your return promptly. Pack your items: Make sure you pack your items back safely in the original packaging. Make sure all of the following are included with your return: the items you are returning, ALL of the accessories, tags, ANY and ALL documents included with your original order. If your return meets the return criteria set forth in the return authorization email, simply follow the return shipping instructions set forth therein, such as returning the package to a specific address, via a specific carrier (e.g. USPS, UPS, FedEx), using a specific shipping method (e.g. ground, 2-day air, overnight), etc.
Refunds
After we receive your return we check it for damages or any other reason why the return wouldn’t be accepted. Refunds are processed and will post back to your original payment method within 7 working days from date of approval. Please allow time for refund to clear in your bank/ card account as this can take longer than specified but we have processed refund within the timeframe.
Exchanges:
We also process Exchanges. Please contact us at info@velnee.com and we will assist you to swap to an alternative size, color or product as quickly as possible.
Track Your Order: Missing Shipment Package(s)
We strive to send complete orders to our customers in a timely manner. In cases where part or all of an order is not received by the customer within the specified delivery time for a shipment, we will begin to investigate the shipment(s) as if they were lost packages. We will complete our investigation into any missing package(s) from an order within the specified time for a full refund or re-shipping of the entire missing order at no charge to the customer. Please email info@velnee.com and include the order number for the missing shipment(s) for us to begin our investigation.
Non-Returnable Items
All Products (except those listed below) can be returned for a Refund or Exchange within 30 days of delivery. Some items however are classed as Non-Returnable for reasons of personal hygiene or safety. These items will be clearly marked on individual product pages.

If we decide to change this Return & Refund Policy, such amended terms and conditions shall be posted on this website and shall become effective immediately upon posting.
