4. What happens if my item arrives defective?
Velnee.com will replace any defective items at no cost to you. If you find a defect with an item you have received please contact us within 30 days of receiving your order and we will get this resolved for you as soon as possible. Full details regarding returns are outlined in our Return Policy.
5. Can I cancel my order after placing it?
We allow 24 hours for you to cancel your order. Please notify us immediately if you would like to cancel your order within 24 hours of placing the order. If your order has already shipped we cannot cancel your order.
